If you are quitting in January or February bring in a pack of cigarettes (with 20 or none) to the shop and get $5.00 off of a coloring book or crafting book to distract you from cravings. I won't smoke the cigarettes! I quite 15 years ago Jan 6th. Shop closed until January 12th due to death in family. There's stress but my resolution is to stay a Quitter. Stop in next week if you're serious about quitting or just trying. It takes a lot of tries to be cigarette free.
